Make Agent tool calls compact and recognizable

Summary

• render Agent tool activity as compact, recognizable rows with dedicated shell, file-read, file-change, web, MCP, and fallback icons
• preserve titles, statuses, failure treatment, approvals, and expandable input/output details
• classify only stable tool identifiers and labels, with an accessible text label and generic fallback when provenance is unavailable

Verification

• 384 frontend tests pass; typecheck, Prettier, lint (0 errors), and production build pass
• managed workspace smoke passes OpenSecret, Postgres, Continuum/flags, billing Postgres, and billing
• rebuilt isolated macOS app validated with a local Pro user and real Agent calls: shell, file read, file write/edit, web search, approval flow, expanded details, and failed web rows in compact form
• three independent correctness, security/accessibility, and UX/regression reviews found no high or critical issues; the supported skills MCP namespace collision they identified was fixed and regression-tested
