WIP: responses second try

I ended up starting over after some of the rebase stuff. This one is more modern than #221

I got this one to the point where you can make a chat (and it updates the url nicely so the stream doesn't break) and send followup messages. Also the list "works" (gets the chats, but no titles).

Not sure if this one broke the kv stuff because I had to make a new user and I forgot to make some kv chats with that one.
