Read-only agent calls are asking for permission

When the agent attempts to use grep it asks for permission, even though the settings says that read-only tool calls should run automatically.

Would also be nice to have an "Always Allow" for this task thread.

One of the things I’ll look into soon. This is coming from goose so I’ll see if i can make a better read auto approver tool.
