Maple on desktop sometimes shows dots above thinking

Sometimes this happens but only on desktop. not sure why. and then when the text streams in from the non-thinking blocks, the thinking drop down still stays at the bottom.

@claude please figure out a lightweight way to fix this. only happens sometimes and only seems to be desktop but there's probably nothing desktop-specific causing this. might just be a race condition.

Summary

Fixed the race condition causing animated dots to appear above the thinking block text on desktop. The issue was in the ThinkingBlock component in frontend/src/components/markdown.tsx:89-108.

Root Cause: The animated dots used flex layout without proper baseline constraints, causing the bouncing animation to interfere with text layout calculations during initial render.

Fix Applied:

• Changed from flex to inline-flex for the container
• Added inline-block display to each animated dot
• Added items-baseline alignment to keep dots aligned with text baseline

This ensures the dots stay inline with the text and prevents vertical misalignment, even during the streaming phase when content is being rendered.
