Explose the api management tab on ios/mobile

In billing / pricing routes/pages we check to see if the current version of the app is an "approved version" before allowing purchasing.

We should do the same check in the sidebar's account "API Management" button. We should enable this if maple is on or before an approved version, following the same logic as the pricing routes.

Summary

I've successfully implemented the approved version check for the API Management button in the sidebar, following the same logic used for the pricing routes.

Changes made:

• Modified frontend/src/components/AccountMenu.tsx to add version checking logic
• Added imports for platform detection (isIOS, isAndroid) and package version
• Created a query that fetches products with version information on iOS/Android platforms
• Implemented showApiManagement logic that:
  • Always shows the button on desktop/web platforms
  • On iOS/Android, only shows if the app version is approved (at least one product has is_available !== false)
• Updated the button rendering condition to use showApiManagement instead of !isMobile()

Testing:

• ✓ Prettier formatting passed
• ✓ ESLint linting passed (only pre-existing warnings)
• ✓ TypeScript build passed
• ✓ All pre-commit hooks passed

The implementation follows the exact same pattern as the pricing routes (lines 272-277 in frontend/src/routes/pricing.tsx), ensuring consistency across the codebase.
