Allow opening any links in the tauri app, for web search

Right now links have to be whitelisted, I think. Or maybe it's just that we have to wrap them in ios-tauri url-opener extension. So they won't open in the UnifiedChat route.

Or quite possibly: we don't render links correctly in the markdown parser. We'll have to investigate this.

@claude can you look into this? It really affects the tool component in the unified chat page. we should intelligently render external links in the markdown component and offer the same URL opener logic that we do when we have to decide between tauri or web.

Investigation: Link Handling in Tauri App ✅

Successfully implemented intelligent link handling for both Tauri and web environments!

Changes Made

1. Created /frontend/src/utils/openUrl.ts

• New utility function openExternalUrl() that intelligently opens URLs
• In Tauri: uses @tauri-apps/plugin-opener to open in system browser
• In web: uses window.open() with proper security settings
• Includes error handling with fallback

2. Updated /frontend/src/components/markdown.tsx

• Added import for openExternalUrl utility
• Updated link renderer (a component) to intercept external link clicks
• External links now use onClick handler with openExternalUrl()
• Internal links (starting with /#) continue to work normally

3. Updated /frontend/src/components/UnifiedChat.tsx

• Changed tool output rendering to use <Markdown> component instead of plain text
• Applied to web search results and generic tool outputs
• Links in tool results are now properly parsed and clickable
• Maintains expand/collapse functionality
