Only show starter tag for Gemma

We deprecated the starter plan. The gemma model has the starter tag still. But it doesn't make sense for free/pro/team/max users. Basically only show the starter tag on gemma if the user's billing is starter. otherwise show "pro"

Do it in the easiest way possible. We shouldn't have to do a new API call for billing status. There should already be one in the model selector. You can do that logic there.

Llama should have no tag.
Gemma should be starter for starter people, Pro for everyone else
All other models should be pro.

Implementing Model Tag Display Logic ✅

Successfully implemented conditional model tag display logic for issue #240.

Tasks Completed:

• Analyze codebase to find model selector and current tag logic
• Locate existing billing status check in model selector
• Implement conditional logic:
  • Gemma: "starter" for starter users, "pro" for others
  • Llama: no tag
  • Other models: "pro"
• Test the changes
• Run formatting and linting commands
• Commit and push changes

Changes Made:

1. Removed hardcoded badges from Gemma model config in ModelSelector.tsx:41
2. Added getModelBadges() function that dynamically determines badges based on:
   • Gemma: "Starter" for starter billing users, "Pro" for everyone else
   • Llama models: No badges (empty array)
   • Other models: Existing badges or default "Pro"
3. Updated getDisplayName() to use dynamic badges instead of static config
4. Uses existing billingStatus from model selector context (no new API calls needed)

Technical Details:

• Function checks billingStatus?.product_name?.toLowerCase() to determine plan
• Gemma model ID: leon-se/gemma-3-27b-it-fp8-dynamic
• Llama detection: modelId.includes("llama") || modelId.includes("Llama")
• All formatting, linting, and build checks passed ✅
