Enable the gemma model. give it a starter tag. Make it depend on having the starter or pro or team plan. It'll be very similar to what deepseek does except deepseek was for pro and team plans. So just do what gemma does.

I've successfully enabled the Gemma model with starter plan access, following the deepseek implementation pattern.

• Analyze codebase structure and find existing model implementations
• Locate deepseek implementation to understand the pattern
• Find billing/plan integration logic
• Implement Gemma model with starter/pro/team plan support
• Update model selection UI if needed
• Run formatting and linting commands
• Commit changes and provide PR link

Changes Made

1. Enabled Gemma Models: Removed "disabled" and "Coming Soon" badges from both Gemma model variants
2. Added Starter Plan Access: Created new requiresStarter flag for models that need paid plans (starter/pro/team)
3. Updated Access Control: Modified hasAccessToModel() to support starter-level access
4. Styled Starter Badge: Added green gradient styling for "Starter" badge to differentiate from "Pro"
5. Updated Pricing Pages: Added "Gemma 3 27B" as included feature for Starter, Pro, and Team plans

✅ All done! The Gemma model is now available to users with Starter, Pro, or Team plans. Users on the Free plan will see upgrade prompts when trying to access it.
