Deprecation warning when using uvloop.install in python 3.8 #314

uvloop version: 0.14.0
Python version: 3.8.1
Platform: Linux 4.15 KDE neon 5.17
Can you reproduce the bug with PYTHONASYNCIODEBUG in env?: yes
Does uvloop behave differently from vanilla asyncio? How?: yes
uvloop.install() causes DeprecationWarning: The loop argument is deprecated since Python 3.8, and scheduled for removal in Python 3.10 to appear.
No warning when commented.
