Any login attempt after the first with the same credentials fails with error #628
When logging into the server for the first time, it will function appropriately. After attempting to re-login again using the same credentials after quitting the game, it will give you a generic disconnect error stating: "Disconnected from the server. (You have been disconnected from the server. Please verify that you have a stable internet connection to the internet. : 10053)". The server log shows a socket close with error code 995 (Operation aborted (thread exit / app request).
Repro steps
1. Start servers and launch the game. 2. Sign into an account and select a game server to enter. 3. Exit the game at the character select screen. 4. Relaunch the game and attempt to re-login with the same credentials. 5. Attempt to re-login with the same credentials. 6. Notice that the 10053 error message pops up stating "Disconnected from the server. (You have been disconnected from the server. Please verify that you have a stable internet connection to the internet. : 10053)"

PR #430 adds in a disconnect after calling list servers. Getting rid of this solves the problem, but I am unaware if this will cause oddities elsewhere. Can someone advise if it would be a problem removing the following line: LoginHandler.cs, Line 87?
