This happens with older nuget versions when using mono. Make sure you use nuget 3.0 for pushing, it should have fixed this for all platforms.
The message you posted usually indicates a malformed upload request, which uses unix style line endings, which are not valid. See this bug report: mikedilger/formdata#25

If the problem persists please tell me, what program, which version and what nupkg file you use for uploading, so I may debug this further.

Ok. I used a old version of nuget (2.x). Now i´m running on version 3.4.4.1321 (Archlinux). And pushing the nupkg with:

Please try http://127.0.0.1:8080/api/v2 as Source. Nugets redirections are very weird and I am not sure I am handling those completely correctly. (See http://chris.eldredge.io/blog/2013/02/25/fun-with-nuget-rest-api/ )

I always try both the normal and the direct-api url, if one of them does not work in the context of nuget or chocolatey. I should probably open and error about this to let people know and take some time trying to fix it.

Edit: http://127.0.0.1:8080/api/v2/package might also be a valid push url.

If none of these work please upload your nuget, so I may try to reproduce this behaviour.

Can you maybe upload one of these nugets, so I may try to confirm this myself?
The second "NoRoute" error (using /api/v2) was clearly not caused by the nupkg, as this means the url was invalid.
The first one however might be related (and the plain url should also be the correct source).

Alright the issue is tracked down, the fix however is not clear (although an old nuget version might be a temporary workaround).

This debug line is representing the error:

Obviously the line read does not contain Content-Disposition, but Content-Type.
According to nuget this is now valid behaviour: NuGet/Home#2661

I am however not sure if this is valid behaviour in HTTP standard, if so it is something very uncommon.
multipart a rust library used by Params, another rust library hazel uses for request body parsing (for the file upload) does clearly expect only a Content-Disposition at this line.

I will request support for this behaviour in multipart and hope to get a working fix soon.
In the meantime I can only recommend using nuget 3.3.0.212, which according to the issue above was one of the last ones to send the old style of requests. Or simply use the working web upload.

Nuget still surprises me up until this day. One should be able to assume multipart/form-data file uploads are somewhat standardized and that any library implementing it should work correctly. Nuget is the first client I encounter that breaks this...
