End of 2025, ROR deprecated the schema v1 in favor of v2 (currently v2.1)

As the whole affiliation autousggest functionality in Edmond/Dataverse relies on schema v1, those have to be updated. In the meantime, a custom converter v2->v1 can be used before ingesting new ROR data (converter code can be found in Keeper)
