[Enhancement] Add the ability for a playlist to always use the same poster art in Plex #232

When a playlist is updated by Explo, it is deleted and recreated in Plex. As such, any custom poster art use for that playlist must be manually re-added each time. I suggest a feature enhancement where Explo stores or references a local file of poster art and uses that to apply to the playlist after it has been created.
