Hey there! 👋 I'm Lucas, a Web Development student at SENAC.
I decided to put all my focus on Cybersecurity. My plan is to specialize in it and build a career in Information Security, especially in two areas that really caught my attention:
- 🔴 Red Team: playing the role of the "attacker" (with permission, of course) to test how well a company's defenses hold up.
- 🕸️ Web Pentesting: hunting for security flaws in websites and web applications so they can be fixed before someone with bad intentions finds them.
You might be wondering: why start with web development? Simple: to test or protect a website, I first need to understand how it's built. That's why I'm learning HTML, CSS, Python, SQL, Linux and networking, one step at a time.
I'm still early in this journey, but I study a little every day and learn as I go. 🚀
Here's what I'm studying right now:
- 🌐 HTML & CSS
- 🐍 Python
- 🗄️ SQL
- 🐧 Linux
- 🔌 Computer Networking
- 🔐 Cybersecurity
These are the topics that catch my attention the most:
- 🎯 Red Team
- 🕸️ Web Pentesting
- 💀 Ethical Hacking
- 🖥️ Linux & Terminal
- 🌍 Computer Networks
- 🛡️ Information Security
My goal is to become a Web Pentester. Along the way, I'm open to exploring other areas of Cybersecurity and finding where I fit best.
Feel free to reach out on LinkedIn. I'd love to connect with people who are also into tech and security.
