Follow up to #22. Depends on:

• Refactor 'generate_mode_base' #25
• Refactor 'JsonMeta.validate_data_from_spec' #26
• Refactor ''hightower_line_search' #27
• Refactor 'LineTree._update_tree' #28
• Refactor 'InsertingLineSubMode.do_update_line' #29
• After the code-base is clean as far as mcabbe is concerned enable it in the build.
