I’m a product-minded generalist working across operations, systems, analytics, language, and digital tools.

My background is deliberately broad: university operations, advisory work, stakeholder coordination, translation/localisation, and self-taught software development. That mix has shaped how I work — I’m most effective where structured thinking, practical technology, and real-world user needs need to come together.

I’m particularly interested in building and improving things that are not only technically functional, but also genuinely useful: internal tools, reporting workflows, user-facing web apps, and systems that help people make clearer decisions or learn more effectively.

I like building digital tools that solve real problems — especially where product thinking, usability, and decision support matter. My projects often sit between raw functionality and user experience: not just can this be built?, but does this actually help people?

I bring a strong operational mindset shaped by work in complex administrative and advisory environments. I’m comfortable coordinating across moving parts, clarifying ambiguity, improving workflows, and helping work run more cleanly from end to end.

I use Excel, SQL, Python, reporting tools, and business systems as practical instruments for problem-solving rather than as ends in themselves. My focus is usually on visibility, bottlenecks, workload patterns, process improvement, and making messy information more decision-ready.

I’m also interested in the thoughtful use of AI for content, structure, workflow support, and learning experiences. Alongside this, I’ve worked on English-to-Korean technical translation, helping make programming education clearer and more accessible for Korean learners.
