• Two changes on develop aren't in the published SDK (7.15.0):
  • Add label version history methods (PLT-4661) #2086 adds the label version history methods for PLT-4661 and the Pillow 13 fix for NDMask serialization.
  • [PLT-4659] [PLT-4608] [PLT-4609] Add bulk invite results to the SDK #2085 (Pablo) adds Organization.invite_users() for PLT-4659. It calls inviteMembers from Labelbox/intelligence#31611.
• The methods call the labelVersions / labelVersion GraphQL fields from Labelbox/intelligence#31624 and inviteMembers from Labelbox/intelligence#31611. Merge and publish only once both are in production. Both are: prod lb-api runs develop-20261019183955-a906769 (promoted 22:09 UTC Oct 19, includes 8bd76d9 and f9fea62) and prod MySQL migrations run 8bd76d9. Checked Oct 20 00:40 UTC.
• The guide for them (Labelbox/lbx-docs-mintlify#305) waits for this release.
• This is the standard Prep step, the same shape as Prep 7.15.0 #2084.

In scope

• Version 7.16.0 in pyproject.toml, labelbox/__init__.py and docs/conf.py.
• The 7.16.0 changelog section, dated 2026-10-19 (UTC). I'll re-date it if the release slips.

Out of scope

• The GitHub release and tag, and the PyPI Publish workflow (publish.yml, tag v7.16.0, prev v7.15.0). Those are the next steps after merge.
