Adds runtime-adjustable search and handcrafted-evaluation parameters for Tunex and other automated tuning workflows.

Search parameters exposed through UCI

  • SearchAspirationStartDepth
  • SearchAspirationDelta
  • SearchSEEPruneMaxDepth
  • SearchSEEPruneMargin
  • SearchHistoryBonusScale
  • SearchHistoryBonusMax
  • SearchCounterMoveBonus
  • SearchCheckMoveBonus
  • SearchLMRMinDepth
  • SearchLMRFullMoves
  • SearchLMRBaseX100
  • SearchLMRDivisorX100

LMR fixed-point parameters use x100 values so they remain standard UCI spin options. The reduction table is rebuilt when an LMR parameter changes.

HCE parameters exposed through UCI

  • EvalPawnValue
  • EvalKnightValue
  • EvalBishopValue
  • EvalRookValue
  • EvalQueenValue
  • EvalKnightMobility
  • EvalBishopMobility
  • EvalRookMobility
  • EvalQueenMobility

These affect the handcrafted evaluator only; PhoenixNet remains unchanged.

Tuning workflow support

  • setoption changes stop search first and clear the TT so scores from different parameter sets are not mixed.
  • ResetTuning restores all defaults and rebuilds LMR.
  • tuneparams prints the current parameter values for automation/debugging.
  • Defaults match the previous hard-coded values, so this refactor is intended to be behavior-equivalent until a parameter is changed.

This branch is based directly on current main and is isolated from the LMP/IIR/NMP experiment branches.
