Add support for having the code split between the bin and a publishable crate?
Some tools you both want available as a bin and as a crate and unless they get big it makes sense to have them in the same repo and develp them jointly.

The issue with AFAIK is that the library ends up depending on all the CLI dependencies as well, which is why I usually do one lib crate and a bin crate that just uses it like in https://github.com/Keats/dbmigrate

Is there a way to avoid that problem I'm not aware of?
