HiveForge is a local-first closed-loop control room for Codex work. The V0.1 MVP combines a SQLite-backed run state machine, deterministic Git evidence, review contracts, a mailbox-driven next dispatch, and a small operator dashboard.
This repository is an active MVP and engineering baseline. It is not production-ready. The current implementation is intentionally local-first and keeps the Codex integration behind an adapter boundary.
Requirements: Node.js 22 or newer and npm.
npm ci
npm run devOpen http://localhost:3000. Run the worker in a second terminal when you want mailbox-driven orchestration:
npm run workernpm test
npm run lint
npm run typecheck
npm run buildThe same configured validation commands run in GitHub Actions. The canonical local review artifact is generated with:
.\scripts\create-review-zip.ps1The generated ZIP stays local and ignored under review/; it is never committed or published.
