COBRA dependency

Hi,
I have difficulties with uv sync --extra gpu_all related to COBRA dependency:

  ├─▶ Failed to install requirements from `build-system.requires`
  ├─▶ Failed to download `torch==2.11.0`
  ╰─▶ Hash mismatch for `torch==2.11.0`

As if cobra downloads a different version of torch

.venv builds ok if I remove cobra from gpu_all in pyproject.toml

is COBRA needed?
