CI tooling fixes and docs cleanup

CI:

• Lint every module (matrix over root + 6 integrations + 2 parsers); previously only the root module was linted, so satellite lint issues slipped through.
• Align golangci-lint to v2.12.2 (matches the Makefile pin).

Dependabot:

• Group each satellite module's gomod updates (and github-actions) into a single PR per module to cut update noise.

golangci-lint:

• Drop the errcheck exclusion for the non-existent examples/ dir.

Docs:

• Rename CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md (tool-agnostic agent guidance) and update all references (CONTRIBUTING, PR template, .coderabbit.yaml).
• Remove stale references to the internal PRODUCTION_READINESS roadmap from CONTRIBUTING.
