    I have the same problem and I think it is, because pypi does not have a version for python 3.6. Could that be the problem?

    Same problem here

    $ pip --version
pip 10.0.1 from /home/isalgueiro/.local/lib/python3.5/site-packages/pip (python 3.5)

    Try:

    pip install pdf-diff3
