Modules not visible #991

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

I don't know it just happened with me after I installer I version that is not present in store.
I was using instaeclipse module version 0.6.0 present in store and in module repo there was a update 0.7.0 but not in store yet. I already had 0.6.0 installed from store active in vector and I installed the lastet version over it. I got the general module update notification I opened it and saw the module is not present there. It was still working but was not visible in the module list. I tried installing few modules not in the store they are also invisible in the module tab even though I got the new module found notification

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Any lsposed module I intall it should show in modules tab regardless of being present in the store or version matches with the last version of store.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

The module is working but not showing in store. And any other module I install which is not in the store also don't show up in the module list or the version of module is ahead of one in store, also not visible.
