Jena 5.3 was used because it was the last to properly support RDF-star. However, we can't keep supporting this forever, and Jelly-JVM will drop Jena 5.3 support in the 4.0 release.
Functionally this is almost the same as RDF-star, the only difference is in the syntax used in the standardized RDF formats (
<<( )>>instead of<< >>).
