I am a Final-year Biological Sciences PhD Student studying at Queen Mary University of London and a Research Assistant at Imperial College London.

Ancestral Recombination Graphs (ARGs)β how they are utilised across different biological questions, how the assumptions of existing tools affect their outputs, and modelling the reasons why current ARG methods are not suitable for certain use cases. - π My RA role at Imperial focuses on developing a malaria transmission simulator using a
tree sequenceframework for efficient simulation and storage of P. falciparum population histories. - π Bansal & Nichols (2025) β Trends in Genetics
