Investigate failing SYCLOS workflow

The workflow that builds dpctl started failing in execution of the project's test suite with 65 test failures:

The first compiler bundle with the problem:

This boils down to std::isfinite(negative_zero_fp_val) returning false instead of expected true. The issue has been reported to the compiler, but we can perhaps work around this bug by using a custom testing function.

Note that SYCLOS has apparently fixed the underlying problem, as the workflow to build dpctl with nightly builds of SYCLOS is green again.
