   • Ensure we handle BoolVectorData appropriately (see Added support for alembic bool data attributes.  #572)
   • Fix SceneInterface filename hashing (see SceneCache::hash() uses file name where available #336)
   • Get polygon winding order correct (see discussion on the dev list]
