• When the Qwen family tab is selected, models are now grouped into Qwen2.5, Qwen3, and Qwen3.5 sections with small labeled headers
• Each sub-series renders as its own rounded card, making it easy to compare models within a generation
• Gemma and Llama families are unaffected

• Open Model Management, select the Qwen tab — verify three labeled sections appear (Qwen2.5, Qwen3, Qwen3.5)
• Verify Gemma and Llama tabs still display as a flat list
• Verify download / use / delete actions still work correctly within grouped rows
• Add a custom model with a Qwen-style name and confirm it groups correctly
