Scope
Workflow-only, one-time bootstrap for the already approved #104 acceptance artifact build. No product, test, or handoff-document changes are included.
The push path is constrained to this workflow file, and the job rejects the event unless the exact prior
mainSHA isb2fe12acbfa7d62fd807d15fbeb90374f719e93d. It still checks out and builds only31b3c7f614656c59855b7fd556734a11543fa9ebwith read-only contents permission and no persisted credentials.After the artifact is uploaded and verified, a workflow-only cleanup restores the default branch to manual dispatch only. Hardware, licensing, #104 merge, and release remain separate gates.
