feat(kernel): authenticate tenant API with a closed read boundary - #33
Conversation
Keep retained-envelope execution on one prepared application transaction, so inbox, business state, produced events, audit and delivery completion commit together. Fence ownership after saved work and arbitrate cancellation against physical commit without losing acknowledged durability to cleanup. ADR: 0046, 0040, 0057, 0044
Record the independent first-round reviews and completed broader regression, and attribute the two new owner-census proofs to their delivery step. ADR: 0046
Record fresh second-round runtime and evidence verification before advancing to independent subscriber scheduling under the accepted package. ADR: 0046
Keep subscriber retries, terminal audit and targeted replay independent from producer and sibling outcomes. Retain cancellation callbacks and scope cleanup through actual completion, and observe bounded progress without adding payload access to the confined scheduler. ADR: 0040, 0044, 0046
A retained handler or cleanup must not consume the producer's timeout and capacity through a shared partition queue. Keep consumer ordering local while allowing durable acceptance to finish independently; prove both held-handler and acknowledged-cleanup scenarios with a killed mutant. ADR: 0046
Record the verified acceptance-lane correction and independent second round reruns before advancing to useful consumers and Seeder handoff. ADR: 0046
Make both durable tenant-created subscriptions useful without replacing any touched customization concept. Share transaction-owned semantic locks with ordinary registration, and let Seeder retain verified warm built-in identities while authored identities remain exact. ADR: 0046, 0057 Module: Customization, Tenancy, Audit
Keep mutable audit ownership and review guidance consistent with the Active production subscriptions, while preserving dated prior receipts. Record the first independent Step 5 review and verified corrections. ADR: 0046, 0057
Record both completed independent Step 5 reviews and distinguish the Pending policy fixtures from the Active production bindings they protect. ADR: 0046, 0057
Keep both real default subscribers inside the shared inbox and common completion owner, and require concrete handler audit coverage in the actual roots. Exercise missing and bypassed typed capabilities with planted controls and prove persisted tracing from HTTP and delivery. Reconcile current guidance while preserving accepted decision history. ADR: 0046, 0057, 0044, 0038 Module: Customization, Tenancy
Bind provisioning to its exact type, follow inherited implementations and generic DI forwarding, and enumerate EF transaction completion so future typed bypasses cannot appear covered by the common-owner guards. Keep independent dirty and clean controls and align current guidance. ADR: 0046, 0042, 0057 Module: Customization, Tenancy
Record fresh second-round evidence and the verified current-carrier corrections so the completed six-step implementation has one truthful handoff. Preserve historical receipts and leave PR-head CI and merge with their actual owners; background jobs remain the next packet. ADR: 0046, 0057
Give the completed packet one live PR and exact-head CI owner while preserving scoped local receipts and the next background-job decision gate. Maintainer review and merge remain pending. ADR: 0046, 0057
Keep failed queue observations recoverable and distinguish uncertain completion from lease expiry. Pin actual tenant-announcement callers, status parsing and production index candidates without relaxing the accepted overrun or causal-metadata contracts. Reconcile live delivery status and record verified review dispositions and scoped validation. ADR: 0040, 0046, 0044
Preserve the classified direct one-root consumer path while banning module writes to inbox and delivery machinery. Remove a stale setter count and record independent first-round verification and corrections. ADR: 0040, 0044, 0046, 0057
Normalize qualified implementation statuses so two shipped integration rules participate in catalogue checks. Pin qualified discovery in the existing parser control and record independent second-round verification. ADR: 0003, 0046
Rotate acquisition classes so terminal audit outages cannot starve unrelated deliveries. Compare retained type identities through the explicit registry family while preserving every immutable envelope. Close constructor/project census gaps and align diagnostics and receipts. ADR: 0046, 0057
Record three independent reviews and their executed checks without substituting earlier CI evidence for the correction head. ADR: 0046, 0057
The subscriber review exposed the same priority starvation in producer dispatch. Rotate claim classes while retaining one claim, lease fencing, terminal audit atomicity and the existing publication ownership boundary. Prove real durable acceptance and recovery under sustained audit denial. ADR: 0046
Record both independent review rounds for the adjacent producer fix and keep final-head CI ownership explicit without reusing old receipts. ADR: 0046, 0057
Record the verified squash merge, exact source CI artifacts and completed subscriber delivery/review scope. Align live status pointers and name P02b-4's decision pass while preserving prior receipts and all ADR files. ADR: 0046, 0057
Resolve the job runtime, authority and durability choices before any scheduler code is written. Record the verified source premises, bounded supersessions, six-step plan and two independent decision review rounds. The ADR and package remain Proposed pending maintainer approval. ADR: 0047
Compare stock wakeup transport and transaction-aware storage integration against the proposed bounded runner. Record isolated native transaction, dependency and invocation evidence with its limits instead of treating stock-provider constraints as proof that customization is impossible. Runtime selection and implementation remain pending maintainer approval. ADR: 0047
Verify the external review against current source and phase contracts. Separate short transactional work from media operations, tenantless fan-out and logical schedule replacement; keep route and scope open. Clarify final fencing, retry parity, mixed-version admission and the SystemActor ceiling without changing runtime or Accepted ADR bodies. ADR: 0047
Point ADR-0017 navigation at the exact defense-in-depth table and record both independent correction reviews and focused validation. Keep runtime selection, workload scope and ADR acceptance pending. ADR: 0047
Apply the selected stock Hangfire and authoritative LearnStack route. Specify staged external work, quiescence-bound tenant capacity and trusted recurrence fan-out alongside transactional completion/audit. Keep final acceptance pending and preserve all Accepted ADR bodies. ADR: 0047
Enforce exemplar privacy, exact issuer/JWKS paths and worker process attribution. Strengthen production censuses, real persistence and HTTP controls, and SDK ownership proofs. Reconcile historical evidence and production activation ownership. ADR-0066 remains Proposed; subject-cap policy refinements await explicit approval. ADR: 0064, 0065
Scan counter and header literals across all production assemblies. Inspect source-owned middleware and OpenAPI helper leaves before treating framework calls as terminals; plant real-wrapper and alias mutations. Record first-round findings, completed controls and exemplar correlation cost without claiming current-head hosted qualification. ADR: 0064, 0065
Trace builder-valued receivers conservatively before skipping ordinary calls. Actual Program and resolver return mutations must expose chained extra authentication with a specific diagnostic; endpoint naming remains clean. Record round-two findings and the separate schema-proof limit. ADR: 0064
Record both independent rounds, verified proof fixes and targeted recheck. Keep hosted qualification source-bound and ADR-0066 approval outstanding. ADR: 0064, 0065
Separate sticky cleanup failure from ordinary quota and capacity pressure. Specify one-disposal acquisition ordering, shared retirement ownership and unbounded disposal latency without claiming dependent runtime delivery. Mark mutable cap carriers as current code under a Proposed decision and name exact HTTP, metric, cleanup and concurrency proof obligations. ADR: 0066
Record the first independent review round and explicitly include capacity retry-hint semantics in the future served and snapshot OpenAPI changes. Keep ADR-0066 Proposed and implementation proofs pending approval. ADR: 0066
Record both fresh independent review rounds, the verified retry-contract inventory fix and current documentation/corpus validation. ADR-0066 stays Proposed and dependent runtime work still requires maintainer approval. ADR: 0066
Record maintainer approval before dependent runtime changes. Preserve the Accepted ADR-0064/0065 bodies with adjacent attribution errata and their own dated disclosures, and align operational authorities with ADR-0066. Runtime, resource-bound and exported-signal proofs remain pending delivery. ADR: 0064, 0065, 0066
Keep reclamation and failed resources under one singleton owner before allocation or debit, preserving existing quotas while exposing distinct capacity and cleanup-fault outcomes. Exercise the approved races, DI shutdown and exported signals with matching served and generated contracts. ADR: 0064, 0065, 0066
Apply the shared response policy even when a classified API path has no endpoint. Make missing-header assertions fail and bind the retirement timer to its accepted cadence so regression controls cannot pass silently. ADR: 0064, 0065, 0066
Record both fresh implementation review rounds and the verified header-proof corrections while keeping complete local and final-source hosted evidence under their own source identities. ADR: 0064, 0065, 0066

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winFix the null-conditional short-circuit in the local
NoStorehelper.
response.Headers.CacheControl?.NoStore.Should().BeTrue()skips the whole assertion whenCache-Controlis absent. A response without anyCache-Controlheader therefore passes the no-store check. Every caller ofErrorandGetAndHeadErrorin this file uses this helper, including the changed 405 assertion at Line 282-283.This PR already fixed the same defect in

Close composition and cross-root capability gaps in the existing authentication census. Preserve owned cleanup despite diagnostic faults, pin real reader and contract guards, and distinguish delivered status from historical acceptance receipts. ADR: 0036, 0040, 0041, 0052, 0064, 0065, 0066
Extend the bounded filter census to effective provider composition and implemented anonymous contracts. Real DI and compiled metadata controls prevent unchanged filter options from hiding executable policy changes. ADR: 0064
Close supported MVC composition channels that can change effective filters or authorization without changing the global inventory or ordinary attributes. Pair exact runtime inventories with compiled dirty and restored controls. ADR: 0064
Record both independent rounds and targeted confirmation of the committed composition-proof fixes before starting the demo and SDK correction step. ADR: 0064, 0065, 0066
Keep local request refusal distinct from network failure and make demo receipts describe the actual process outcome and observed source. Bind both report files without relaxing browser budgets or cleanup ownership. ADR: 0053, 0054, 0056, 0064
Publish output refusal before physical shutdown and keep the same first daemon error for every observer. Classify native coordinator cancellation from its owned signal without replacing known faults or cleanup failures. ADR: 0056
Keep the first native failure authoritative when paused or inherited output delays close, while successful capture and physical cleanup still retain their existing completion bounds. Real-child controls prove the failure ordering and preserve complete successful output. ADR: 0056, 0064
A daemon's zero exit is still an unexpected failure. Observe it apart from ordinary command success so delayed streams cannot replace the first daemon outcome, while complete command output remains required. ADR: 0056, 0064
Record verified fixes and independent follow-up closure while keeping current-source hosted qualification separate from historical receipts, local checks, production activation and maintainer merge approval. ADR: 0056, 0064, 0065, 0066

Summary
Authenticate tenant API requests under ADR-0064 and expose host-backed
GET /api/v1/account/sitethrough the physical read-only owner. Invalid credentials return 401; absent AccountSite credentials remain masked 404. Credential-free public rendering remains independent of Keycloak.ADR-0065 bounds mismatch audit attempts to 600 per defended tenant/instance/minute, shared across actors and scopes. Suppression preserves refusal, attributed logging and a closed counter. Native HTTP/DNS metrics omit destination identities process-wide and disable exemplars, including environment overrides.
ADR-0066 owns 4096 retained issuer/subject partitions plus at most 128 retiring limiters. One joined cleanup owner preserves failures; retained subjects keep service after a sticky fault while new subjects receive 503/30-second retry hints. Quota/capacity remain 429; refusals apply no-store, including unmatched classified paths.
Systematic corrections close the global/provider/action MVC and endpoint-authorization censuses, transitive handler and attribute metadata escape paths, consumed read-mode and served-contract proof gaps. Reader, recorder, startup, containment and cleanup controls exercise the actual boundaries. SDK local refusals remain typed and make zero forbidden fetches. Demo receipts bind both report members and the observed source tree; native exit, cancellation, daemon and cleanup outcomes preserve their actual owner. Historical proposal and delivery claims are reconciled without rewriting Accepted ADR bodies.
Approach
The source checkpoints, paired byte digests and closed failure diagnostics implement ADR-0056's existing invocation identity, stale-report refusal and bounded sanitized failure-evidence requirements. They do not introduce a new trust boundary, hermetic attestation, failure-response policy, budget or execution topology. An independent corpus reinspection confirms that Testing 06's existing ADR-0056 derivation covers these implementation mechanisms; no new decision or amendment is required.
The measured CI repair refreshes 242 Architecture selector weights from 406 Passed rows in five complete hosted TRXs, with API-bound ZIP/source/attempt provenance and exact tick arithmetic. All 21 selectors from the incomplete shard keep their previous weights. Counts (6 Architecture, 12 ordinary), whole-method/theory-row grouping, assignment algorithm, case population, bounds, required checks and execution budgets are unchanged. ADR-0063 authorizes the timing refresh; the two named timing-revision assignments below qualify the unchanged plan on their recorded source; the subsequent guard commit has its own complete assignment.
The final provenance follow-up requires both source and run identities for
hosted_trxrecords, preserving the disclosed nullable historical local/console shapes. The actual-owner control fails on all three missing-identity combinations before the fix and passes afterwards. This validates record shape; independent API/archive/TRX verification remains the authenticity boundary. The plan bytes, weights, assignment algorithm and fixture lifetime do not change. ADR-0063 therefore requires one fresh complete assignment for this normal push.Tests

Independently verified identical 5,847 case IDs, observed SDK version and console/adapter hashes; actual Architecture/ordinary/SharedSchema co-membership differs. Both have 1,699 frontend passes, 31 native cases, 27 report pairs and natural cleanup. All 54 job IDs and 46 backend/demo artifact IDs are distinct. These historical-source receipts qualify the unchanged timing plan; they are not substituted for the new final-head run above. Aggregates refused incomplete results. Neither successful sibling nor incomplete receipt is reused as final-head evidence.Risk
This changes authentication/isolation behavior under ADR-0064/0065/0066 and their dated disclosures; no schema, role, grant or RLS changes occur. A caller can consume a tenant's shared durable audit allowance; later actors can lose rows during that window. Warning volume remains unbounded and per-instance limits multiply. Native metric destination and exemplar correlation are unavailable; ordinary traces/logs remain observable.
The shared subject registry can deny new subjects from other tenants when live slots are occupied. A single blocked disposal can indefinitely delay its owning request and joined shutdown. Sticky cleanup fault requires qualified instance replacement; a retry hint promises neither recovery nor a free slot. The 4096 ceiling is not measured production sizing.
P02b-6 real issuance and P02b-7 BFF custody remain incomplete. Phase 03 must install runtime deny-by-default before its first permission-sensitive endpoint. Phase 11 owns measured/distributed capacity, issuer readiness, mapped readiness, diagnostic alerts and exercised runbooks before production exposure. Immediate revocation and independent end-to-end 600/minute throughput are not promised.
Demo source checks are observations, not hermetic build attestation: ignored inputs and edits restored between checkpoints remain outside the claim. Timing weights remain advisory estimates; these two successful assignments do not promise future runner performance. Existing production-activation owners and boundaries are unchanged.
Migration / Rollback
Configure
Authentication:Tenant:Issueras the canonical tenant-realm HTTPS origin reachable from the API. Private/split-horizon DNS must preserve that exact issuer; no separate metadata origin is introduced. Startup validates configuration without network I/O. Loopback HTTP remains Development-only. No data migration; roll back API and generated SDK together.Related
