In a fresh checkout, bun run index.ts exits with Module not found "index.ts"; a repository-wide search confirms that no such file exists and the implementation is instead under src/server.ts. The documented startup path therefore cannot launch this new service even after dependencies are installed, and the stale module field in package.json points to the same nonexistent entry point.

This manifest exposes no type-check, build, test, or lint script, while scripts/check-all.sh invokes checks only for the four existing applications. Consequently neither the aggregate check nor an app-local command validates this backend, allowing the unresolved Hono/Express API mismatches in src/app.ts and src/server.ts to merge unnoticed; add a Support check script and invoke it from the aggregate checker.

What changed
Add a Bun/Hono Support service with signed ticket-ingestion endpoints. Route Website contact submissions to Support and persist tickets through the shared database package. Include support-ticket schema migrations, optional requester team numbers, and fixes to await ticket creation and return route responses.
Areas affected
Support, Website contact handling, and the shared database schema. Server deployment-file relocation is separate in PR #38.
Deployment
Create a Railway Support service with Root Directory
/and Config File/apps/support/railway.json. ConfigureDATABASE_URLfor the shared Lovat database andLOVAT_SIGNING_KEYto match Website. Set WebsiteLOVAT_SUPPORT_BASEto the Support origin. The Docker image builds the shared Prisma package; a pre-deploy step applies migrations, and/statuschecks HTTP availability. Full setup is in the Support README.Verification
Support and shared DB built from a clean copy without local secrets or generated files. HTTP smoke checks returned 200 for
/statusand 401 for unsigned ticket requests. Website type checking and production build passed on Node 20.19.6, with existing formatting lint issues. Docker image validation was unavailable because Docker was not running. No live Railway deployment or production migration was performed.
