Adding shortcuts to project window features #439
Description
While using the software in the demonstration at the Barbacena symposium, i realized that it could be useful to have some shortcuts to improve the usability of the software in the main window.
So, I'm going to suggest some shortcuts that can be added:

| Ctrl + shift + n | New project |
| Ctrl + shift + o | Open |
| Ctrl + shift + r | Restore default layout |
| Ctrl + i | Graph editing features |
| Ctrl + s | Save |
| Ctrl + x | Delete |
| Ctrl + z | Undo |
| Ctrl + y | Redo |
| Ctrl + g | New graph submenu |
| Ctrl + o | Operations submenu |
| Ctrl + u | Insert an universal vertex |
| Ctrl + e | Export current graph |
Note
The undo and redo options have not been implemented yet

@fsoupimenta I believe this issue can include the Ctrl + z and Ctrl + y options (undo and redo)

But in that case you would have to implement Ctrl + z and Ctrl + y before this issue.
