Description
This is the proposal for the new specification template.
It should be read in addition on the new developments around specification framework.
Motivation and Context
This proposal started from the implementation of GovStack Architecture 2.0 where we started the process of making GovStack Specifications machine readable. The main issue it tries to solve is to provide better guidance on writing the introductory sections and a new format for listing requirements. It bases itself on ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 but makes a GovStack adaptation. Therefore it is expected the final version will contain much less expected inputs.
How Has This Been Tested?
It needs to be reviewed by the Technical Committee.
It also co-depends on the new compliance model being built.
