Extract Shared UI Component Library for Workflow Applications

Extract reusable UI components from workflow/ui/ into a shared npm package: @GoCodeAlone/workflow-ui.

Tasks

• Identify core components (auth, layout, API client, theme, visual builder, observability, workflow editor).
• Refactor existing workflow/ui/ code into package directories.
• Set up build process, publish to npm under GoCodeAlone org.
• Update admin UI and Ratchet to use shared components.
• Provide documentation and examples for embedding in custom UI.

Acceptance

• Shared component library available for use by workflow apps and admin UI.
• No duplicated code between admin UI and application UIs.
