    1. 사용자가 앱을 실행: Not Running → Inactive → Active
    2. background로 이동: Active → Inactive → Background
    3. background에서 앱을 재실행: Background → Inactive → Active

    ❗️In-Active 상태 시 사용자가 앱을 컨트롤할 수 없음.
