Platform Engineer building Kubernetes-native infrastructure. I work with controller-runtime informers, gRPC service design, and CRD-backed systems, translating platform primitives into APIs that upstream services consume.
Currently building:
- Muninn, an open-source Kubernetes-native configuration distribution layer. Watches config sources, maintains a namespace-scoped in-memory view, and delivers it to workloads over gRPC or through admission-time file injection, keeping the domain layer independent of Kubernetes and transport.
Background: Recent work centers on controller-runtime informers, gRPC APIs with key validation and per-operation metrics, and Go client libraries with layered config loading and caching. Before that, several years of full-stack work across Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL. I also have a long-running interest in compilers, CPU architecture, and low-level systems, which shapes how I think about abstraction boundaries and where a controller's responsibility should end.
Interests:
- Kubernetes internals and operator patterns
- Compiler construction and interpreter design
- Linux, low-level tooling, and emulators
- Free and open-source software
