chore: move repository references to the GameplanePanel org - #622

The main repo moved from ValgulNecron/Gameplane to GameplanePanel/Gameplane and the submodules moved to GameplanePanel/module and GameplanePanel/website. - .gitmodules: point modules/ and website/ at the new repos - Go module paths: github.com/ValgulNecron/gameplane -> github.com/GameplanePanel/gameplane - GHCR refs (images, chart, module bundles): ghcr.io/valgulnecron -> ghcr.io/gameplanepanel (the publish workflows already derive the owner from github.repository_owner) - GitHub URLs, gh api paths, and repo names in docs, chart, workflows, CLAUDE.md - website link: gameplanepanel.github.io/website Archived specs/done_* are left as historical records. The ModuleSource field docs changed (ghcr.io/gameplanepanel examples), so make manifests restamps gameplane.local/crd-bundle-sha256 on every chart CRD copy; chart render CI diffs against it. design-export/ is a snapshot generated from design.pen via Pencil MCP; the org rename edited it by hand, so the export no longer matched the design. Restore it; the sample-string updates belong in a Pencil pass. The e2e upgrade job installs the published 0.2.0-beta.8 chart and images before upgrading. Releases up to v0.3.0 were published under ghcr.io/valgulnecron, and nothing exists under ghcr.io/gameplanepanel yet, so the org rename broke the install. Point CHART_REF, upgradeFromChartRef and the frozen beta.8 values snapshot back at the original owner. Brings in the move to the GameplanePanel org (#622), whose renamed test URL fixes the e2e api-mods failure. Conflicts (import blocks and one README image line) took this branch's side; then master's rename was applied to everything this branch adds: - Go module path github.com/ValgulNecron/gameplane/ -> github.com/GameplanePanel/gameplane/ (33 files, imports re-sorted with gofmt) - telemetry-receiver:edge image and the default module source in docs and research.md -> ghcr.io/gameplanepanel Kept on the old owner, as in 946333a: the beta.8 receiver image used by the e2e old-receiver check, the upgrade-from chart, and historical spec 022 notes. Design files are untouched, as on master.
