[Optics] Submitting rotation text fields do not change rotation

Describe the defect
In the Optics experiment, submitting a different rotation does not actually change the rotation of e.g. a selected optical component.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Optics experiment
2. Click on e.g. a mirror
3. Type something into the rotation text boxes (does not matter which one)
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Rotation of the selected object changes accordingly.
