Keep geometry and viewport reconciliation synchronous while bounding notification-driven React commits. Coalesce further render requests into an animation frame and cancel deferred work when the viewport unmounts. Add regression coverage for tiny rows, physical clamping, reader takeover, descendant layout readbacks and StrictMode session remounts. Document the notification contract and its native-runtime verification limits. Validation: 161 focused tests passed; Web UI type checking passed. Web UI lint completed with no errors and 10 existing warnings.
