What's Changed

Architecture: Added plugin support and restructured directories. Removed _block suffix in AST.
Render: Trust AST invariants and reuse shared objects to optimize performance.
Playground: Added a simple HTML formatter.
Rule: Removed headbreak rule, added image rule.
Fix: Resolved bold+italic rendering, and fixed highlight.js & mermaid issues.
