9.4.0 test (Andy): for a paramagnetic species the Localised orbitals panel lists alpha and beta separately. Wanted: one list in which an alpha and a beta localised orbital that describe the same bond or lone pair (overlap near 1) show as one row with occupation 2, and the unpaired ones as occupation 1 rows (alpha), so the table reads like the closed-shell one. Options and a mock-up before the fix.
