Builder panes: column widens on Properties and stays wide; most panes cannot be collapsed (Windows) #328
Description
Seen: ECCE 9.1.0 on Windows (NerdEgg), 2026-10-14.
- Side panel width jumps. Open the Builder from a calculation that has not been run: the Structure panel column has a certain width. Click Properties: the column becomes much wider. Go back to Structure: it stays wide. The width should stay what the user last set; switching between Structure and Properties should not resize the column.
- Structure panels cannot be collapsed. The tool panes on the Structure side have no collapse (fold to the caption bar) control.
- Property panels: of the property panes, only the MO diagram can be collapsed, and only when docked. Collapsing should work the same for every docked pane, Structure and Properties alike.

To check: whether 1–3 also happen on Linux (GNOME) and macOS, or only on Windows.

Closing: fixes landed after this report (XWayland frame sync 7cf9cbc and 3405200, dialog/text fixes 3767d31 and 6559bce, Builder panes b5323de, 09127dc, e564cbb). Reopen if it shows up again in 9.3 or later.
