Example calculations: present from the first start, in the tree #302
Description
From the 9.0.0 release test (Linux, 2026-10-12). The example calculations (File › Open Example Calculations, 9.0.0) should already be in the Organizer's tree for a new user, without using the menu: import them once at first start into "Examples" (and keep the menu item for a fresh copy). Never touch an existing Examples project; respect the example-set version mark.

In 9.0.1 (52e7684, dd5e75e): a user's first start imports the example calculations into an Examples project. An existing Examples project is not touched, and a deleted one does not come back; File › Open Example Calculations still makes a fresh copy. The imported benzene (ORCA) and methane (NWChem) now show the right Theory and Run Type.
