Windows: selecting calculations in the project table flickers #296
Description
Windows 10, MSI from main 963c3d4. Selecting different calculations in the project table (jobs view), and Ctrl/Shift multi-selection, makes the table and summary flash briefly on every change (two short screen recordings, 4 s and 5 s, 2026-10-12 15:45 and 15:46). Sometimes it does not flicker. Not severe; follows #254 (rows no longer erased) and the earlier menu-bar flicker (W14/R5). Likely the summary pane and menu enabling being redrawn without a freeze around the rebuild on MSW.

In 9.0.0 a selection in the project table no longer redraws the whole window (ad18f80). The menu titles still flash briefly on Windows; that remains.

9.0.1 updates menu items only when their state changes and redraws the menu bar only when a menu title changes (9eac30d). Not checked on Windows yet, so this stays open.

Checked on Windows (9.1.0): selecting calculations in the project table no longer flickers.
