Calculation Editor: choosing Theory HF (ECCE-QM) draws the button row twice #294

Windows 10, MSI built from main 963c3d4 (2026-10-12). In an ECCE-QM calculation, setting Theory to HF leaves a second copy of the Verify / Final Edit / Save / Launch row drawn just below the first, overlapping the status lines (screenshot Capture31). Selecting DFT again restores it. Likely the 'DFT Functional' line being hidden without the panel being laid out and refreshed. A candidate for the C++ dialog pilot, which replaces this settings panel.
