Windows: Start menu entry has no icon; taskbar shows the old low-resolution ECCE icons #292
Windows 10, MSI built from main 963c3d4 (2026-10-12). The Start menu entry for ECCE has no icon. In the taskbar, the running ECCE programs (Organizer, Builder, …) show the old low-resolution icons, not the current ones (screenshot Capture30, 103×38 px crop). Check the MSI's shortcut Icon and the per-executable icon resources (.rc/.ico) of each program.
In 9.0.0: the taskbar icons are fixed (checked on Windows). The Start menu shortcut now uses an icon file with plain bitmap frames (d0bde9f); not yet checked on Windows, so this stays open until it is.
