Windows: Organizer prompts (e.g. Rerun > Reset Calculation?) hand the focus to the window behind #256

9.0.0-alpha.10, Windows 10. Run Management > Rerun (Alt+R) in the Organizer opens the "Reset Calculation?" confirmation. As it opens, Windows briefly brings the window behind the Organizer to the front (in the recording, an OBS window), so the dialog fades in partly hidden behind it; then the focus returns to ECCE by itself. The same happened with New Calculation, where the Files (Explorer) window came to the front for a moment.

Cause, very likely the one fixed for the New Calculation name prompt in 9a5ebca (createResource): the Organizer is disabled (startDisabler()) while a modal dialog runs. When the active window is disabled on MSW, Windows hands the activation to the next top-level window. That fix paused the disabler around one prompt only.

Proposed fix: handle this in one place instead of per dialog. Either make the disabler leave the dialog's own parent enabled, or pause it in a common wrapper used by every modal prompt the Organizer shows (ewxMessageDialog and the name/confirm prompts). Then go through the Organizer's other modal prompts: Delete, Rename, Reset/Rerun, Mark state, Import.

Test: tests/windows/framelog.ps1 records whether the Organizer (or its dialog) stays the foreground window through the prompt; there is already a hook for the New Calculation prompt (newprompt).

Also: the dialog text lacks a space: "…rerun from the start.Continue?"

8ab3b31: the Organizer disabled itself while a prompt was open, and on Windows that hands the activation to the program behind it. It no longer does, which covers every prompt that goes through it (Delete, Rename, the resets, Mark, Import, New). To be checked on screen.

Checked on Windows 10 (MSI from main 963c3d4, 2026-10-12): the prompt is in front. Fixed.
