Code Installation

Please download the latest version v1.0 here: https://github.com/FranckLab/SerialTrack/releases Unzip/extract the downloaded zip file.

To download example data, please visit this link: https://minds.wisconsin.edu/handle/1793/82901

To run SerialTrack, please download the MATLAB version later than 2021a and install these code packages/toolboxes (an earlier version of MATLAB should also work but need to include these toolboxes):

• Parallel computing toolbox
• Wavelets analysis toolbox
• Image processing toolbox
• Partial differential equation toolbox
• Curve fitting toolbox
• Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox
