Describe the Bug

After update of BIOS to 4.02 the PIN code to windows hello on Windows 11 and biometry stopped working.
I was lucky we knew the password for the system.
I think we had the previous version of bios, but I am not 100% sure.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Download Bios update 4.02 via https://resources.frame.work/downloads/laptop-13/amd-ryzen-ai-300-series/
  2. Run the .exe file.
  3. Dialog shown to connect to power delivery during checking of update etc...
  4. Connected to monitor with power delivery.
  5. Continue the bios installer.
  6. After restart the pin is broken cannot be used, same for biometry. I was able to log in via password.
(Something happened your pin is not accessible)

Expected Behavior

I would expect the biometry is not reset and the PIN code is working.
